COVID-19 UPDATE AND DISCLAIMER

Participants and spectators understand that by attending the Kootenai Classic Livestock Show at the Kootenai County Fairgrounds they are subjecting themselves to possible exposure to COVID-19. Participants and spectators accept responsibility for their decision to attend and therefore accept the consequences should they become ill or infected with coronavirus. Attendance is voluntary. Participants and spectators agree not to attend the Kootenai Classic Livestock Show should they become ill and/or have known exposure to anyone with a diagnosis of active COVID-19. We are a family and it is our job to protect each other. This is our opportunity to exhibit herd immunity by keeping our most vulnerable safe. The Kootenai Classic will follow directives from local, state and federal government on how to safely host the event. We are counting on our participants and spectators to assist us in this effort. By entering the Kootenai Classic you agree that any potential exposure to COVID-19 is your decision. You agree not to pursue any action against the Kootenai Classic Livestock Show and/or its affiliates should you become infected with any unwelcome disease, infection or virus.
